The underwriting team at Just Multifamily will acquire, aggregate and organize all relevant data and documents relating to potential acquisitions, assess potential transactional mechanics, and submit initial and counter-offers with Client authorization.
In addition to empowering our clients with the above capabilities, we work with Seller representatives to strategically differentiate our Clients from competing bidders during the buyer evaluation/selection phase. Representation and endorsement by the Just Multifamily Team can result in a Client securing an acquisition which they would not have secured otherwise.
