We conduct initial market analysis and investment underwriting of all potential acquisitions using valuation models developed specifically for each Client.
We gather and organize online all relevant information and documents regarding potential acquisitions, frame potential transactions and submit initial and counter-offers with Client authorization.
We work with Seller representatives to differentiate our Clients from competing bidders during the buyer selection phase. Representation/endorsement by Just Multifamily can result in a Client securing an acquisition that they would not have secured otherwise.
We manage to the extent desired by Client due diligence and closing tasks related to program closings.
